We sell custom-designed and ready-to-wear artificial nails. We try to display product colors as accurately as possible, but differences in screen display may slightly change how a color appears. These minor variations are normal and not considered defects.

Order Placement and Confirmation
- To confirm your custom order, full advance payment is required. This payment is non-refundable.
- Once the payment is made and your order is confirmed, no changes or modifications can be made to the order.
- Please make sure to confirm your nail shape and provide your exact nail sizes according to the reference method we share. We cannot be held responsible for sizing issues if incorrect measurements are provided.
- Delivery time for custom sets is usually 10–15 working days. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please mention it clearly when confirming your order.
- Once you agree to these terms and complete the payment, we will start processing your custom set.
Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing and account details for all orders placed through our website. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order that seems inaccurate, incomplete, or suspicious.
Order Refusals
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you’ll be notified via email, call, or text, and any amount charged will be refunded in full.
Shipping Compensation
If shipping delays happen due to our internal processes, we may offer partial or full compensation for shipping fees as a gesture of goodwill. However, delays caused by courier services, weather, or other external factors are beyond our control.
Shipping Damages or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the case.
